I got the Iced Mocha w/Cinnamon Toast Crunch. It was tasty, but very creamy/milky. (So if you only like a strong coffee, this may not be for you). They have a huge assortment of flavors to add into your coffee, (if you’re into mixing it up sometimes). The Double Chocolate Muffin was VERY soft, and the chocolate chips tasted like great quality. But the chocolate muffin part itself wasn’t all that amazing in its chocolatey richness or sweetness. I ordered a sausage and cheese sandwich, and selected croissant bread for it. The bread was SUPER soft and fresh. When I’d bite down, the bread would gently press in, and surprisingly didn’t leave many crumbs. The sausage patty was regular, and I was also given a ketchup packet and napkins. I do wish they had Turkey sausage as an option, but I didn’t see it on the menu. And ofcourse a side of something like hashbrowns would be nice too for a breakfast-y place. But overall, I enjoyed my experience, and will be back to try other flavors of the iced mochas for sure! Give them a try!Vegetarian options: They offer items like muffins, bagels, or just sandwiches with egg and cheese etc

I love PS Gourmet Coffee. I have been getting my coffee here for over a decade now. And it only gets better with all the many flavored coffee grounds they brew! Hot or Ice! Especially the fact that each day they have a new flavor of the day! All I can say is you have to go there for yourself and once you look at their menu you'll understand what I meant about all the variety of flavored coffee and I'm not referring to any syrups (they do have them but they're rarely used) since the coffee is so good plus the Mocha shots which is a whole separate menu of coffees. I recommend the PS Special which is Cinnamon Hazelnut brewed coffee hot or iced with mocha shot and whipped cream course you can add sugar (which is automatically melted in the iced coffees) and cream or you can ask not to have whipped cream. Have it any way you desire! Enjoy! Plus the ladies who work there are beautiful amazing women who are hard working and wicked friendly!P.S. I miss working here as I was getting to my 3 month probation/training period to become an official employee unfortunately had to shut down the exact day I became official and of course by the time it re opened in May 2020 I did not have child care since preschools were still closed and I am a single mother and I wasn't able to work at least 2 days a week. So I had to quit....which I was so disappointed because I trained & worked so hard because I wanted that official title with the official uniform (logo hat & shirt) yet it was out of my hands at that point. PS will always have a special place in my heart & memories! ? Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcomed plus they have goodies and treats if the kids want something too!

Gourmet is the last word I would use to describe this place. PS used to be the premier spot for coffee lovers 1-2 years ago. Their customer service is still top notch but the quality in beverages has fallen from grace. As a former employee in the coffee business, I can say whole heartedly ps went from giving you a damn good cup of coffee 9 out of 10 times to now everyday you really have to gamble with spending your money on something that just isn't worth it more times than not. Speaking of money, the prices have shot up horrendously too. These days I leave PS annoyed that I spent $7 on a drink that is bland and just overall tasteless. Since the original staff has changed, I don't know what the training is like but a lot of the newer faces in there really have to step it up. Some days you do get lucky and get a great cup but it's just rare now and that's not worth the money. I give them 3 stars because the service, however if the service was bad on top of all these things they'd easily get a 2.

Paying $8+ for a regular sized flavored "coffee" & a muffin is ludicrous. Especially when the coffee is always inconsistent flavor wise

Food I've tried:- I am solely basing my review based on the coffee that I've tried (of which they have an extensive menu of). However they do have a variety of other food options which I have not tried.- Coffee wise, I got the latte ($4) which was very reasonably priced. Flavor wise, it was solid. They have a wide variety of latte options. I can see this place being recommended for someone who likes sweeter coffee drinks, or are embarking on their first forays into the world of lattes. There are many syrups to choose from.Atmosphere: - A grab and go place, that is pretty spacious inside.Service:- Staff were friendly, got my drink pretty quickly.Overall:- A solid option for a wide variety of coffee based drinks.
