I was waiting my bus at Roxbury Crossing and I had a 12 mins waiting time, I ordered 16 pieces Parm Bites which is easy order, bus was almost arriving and she made it my order 10 seconds before bus arrives( because I told her bus is almost here) thank you so much for the team and especially the young lady working hard at night making sure people are having food.. I will come back and tip you for sure next time.. because of you I took the last bus and came back home safe at cold night!! Bless ????

Terrible Management nobody should be ordering from this place it needs to be shut down it takes hours waiting on one pizza. They also only take online payments late at night which makes zero sense! What pizza place doesn’t take cash payments just because it’s late?

I didn't see any of these negative reviews until after I placed my order but thankfully my food showed up hot and on time. Only 4 stars because my pan pizza was still doughy and I had to bake it for a few more minutes.

It's a dirty place, they are unaccommodating when you make an order mistake, and the food came out slower than promised. I work at Chick fil a and our service and cleanliness is much better so I was expecting to be treated how we are taught to treat customers... but it felt like they were just trying to get extra money out of a mistake. I'm very upset about this experience, what a waste of time and money. Do better, I'm sure you all make mistakes too, and sorry isn't going to cut it. Also, I heard my order called and watched it sit there and get cold, saying "it isn't ready yet" before checking on it??? Yelling and walking back there to see for yourself are two different things...Also, professionalism tip, don't have an airpod in while at the front serving people. The kitchen is focused and doing their best so props to them at least.

This place has not changed whatsoever. If it is anytime in the evening I wouldn't even risk ordering from here. They don't answer the phone at all, so if you're looking to get information on your food's whereabouts--GOOD LUCK. Save yourself and order from ANY PLACE BUT HERE.

Was notified of a delivery I did not order that was to be delivered to not my address. When I tried to call to follow up on the notification no one picked up. Delivery driver called my number about this order. Confirmed I did not order anything.When I tried to call the manager listed as "deborah" by the dominos tracker no one picks up.
