Let me start by saying I've been eating here for 20+ years. Today I placed an order through Ubereats, I had missing onion rings, and my fish plate didn't come with tater sauce, coleslaw, or the lemon it usually comes with & my sub wasn'tdone rite. I called thinking they would make it right, I thought wrong first it was a female that barely spoke English then she put the guy on the phone. I explained for the fourth time what the issue was, and he asked her did she put the items in the bag of course she claims she did. So he in return started yelling at me saying he's not fixing the issue then hung up on me. Yes I called back asked him to just fix the issue he said No I'm lying his employee wouldn't lie & stated even though the fish plate says it comes with all that stuff it's a mistake it's just fish & fries for 18.99. Basically my whole order was fucked up they didn't want to fix it & was extremely rude to me so after 20+ years of business I'm done with them will never eat there again. BTW the fish & fries was under cooked wasn't worth 63 dollars not including fees & tip I'm pissed & Uber won't help. Any othere time they would be 4-5 star not anymore after todays service never was my order so fucked up, under cooked & poor presentation.

Ordered Buffalo Tenders and came away with crispy tenders because the sauce was only added to few pieces very disappointing.

I ordered a BBQ Steak and Ribs dinner and where the hell are these two things?? Charging me $40 for a whole plate of fries and onion rings?? The customer service guy is rude who just hang up my phone call.A freaking ridiculous place.

The rudest place I ever been to, I was ordering a drink and this guy was so impatient that he closed the window on my face. If you are looking to buy food around Dudley or Roxbury I definitely don’t recommend this place. Be safe y’all!

I got a chicken salad and chick parmesan sub..the sub had no sauce or cheese and the salad dressing was watered down..the food was not good and over priced will not be a repeat customer plus u have to walk past a bunch of junkies and addicts to get in the store bad experience

Horrible i have been ordering from them for years now today was the worse experience. I paid with card the person Read my card out loud at that and tells me it did not go through when on my side it says my card got charged..then proceeded to say the boss said they cant deliver my food because it didnt show on their side when i stated when the drive comes ill show him i got charge but still got a no so i proceeded to say i pay cash but when he gets here i will show him t i got charged and i will not pay twice. When it’s probably their end that is messed up....WHAT HAPPEN TO CUSTOMERS SERVICE...”THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT” i will not order from there again
