It’s hard to believe that we’ve lived in Salem for 9 years and just dined at Blue Fez for the first time with 4 friends. The Mozaic Plater was phenomenal, the chicken fassi and chicken curry were delicious and the cosmopolitan to start was so tasty. All the dishes were fresh and savory, the service was exceptional and atmosphere is very cool. We dine out often in Salem and this will now be one of our goto places. The food was amazing, so good and fresh, service was excellent, we came with our 1 year old and was able to get some couscous right away before appetizers, and he was able to accommodate a non spicy version for her, we will definitely be back!

Best lamb I've ever had. Excellent service for a rather difficult group of eaters. I ever-so-slightly dinged atmosphere only because I think there should be more lamps, it being Moroccan. I'm petty.
