The food order was not fulfilled correctly. Order taker did not listen or misunderstand.It cost me more, but l did not bother trying to get the money back for the overcharge.The tomatoe soup was Luke warm thick and tasted like spaghetti sauce. Usually you are asked if you get the 1/2 sandwich and soup if you want chips or bread no choice we got bread.The place was cold( we sat in front of the fireplace), and l didn't take my coat off.I had more flame on a match stick than the...read full review

I find all Panera locations so similar, this applies to them all. Food is uber fresh and tasty, the restaurants are usually clean and comfortable. Prices are reasonable and the dark roast coffee I had on this particular visit was up with the best I've ever poured from an urn! Employees are invariably well-trained and pleasant. I've never found a location earning low scores.

We have gone to this Panera a bunch of times. It's in a convenient location and good when you're in a rush and need some quick food. I noticed the manager is always around and keeping an eye on things. They have even asked us about our stop a few times, making sure everything was good, or asking us if we need help, which is nice.
