Consistently the worst customer service I've received from a Wendy's. I've recently decided to stop going here all together after a recent incident where they didn't even prepare my online order.

I visit the Wendy’s at Highland ave seekonk mass, I find that it was generally the best run one around. A couple of weeks ago I stopped in on a Sunday afternoon as usual and had the worst experience ever. However this week the crew was fantastic. Friendly, efficient and right on the mark. Bravo new team!
