The best quesadilla and birria taco ever!! The servers are so nice and last night its owner even came to say hi. One more thing: the bathroom is always Tidy and this says a lot about how clean a place is.
I love how the owner Lorenzo sometimes goes back to visit CDMX then comes back inspired with new dishes on the menu. The additions of shrimp cocktail and birria are both delicious!Rincon also does classic Mexican dishes like tacos, quesadillas, and burritos really well.
