UPDATE: 09/17/2022Something seems to have changed for the better at this place. Perhaps the staffing changes have made a difference. Service is much more warm, friendlier, fast and attentive. They've also be fairly consistent with the taste and overall I have noticed a positive shift. It's rare that one gets to see a place change for the better but I'm glad that they have. Good sandwiches! One thing that stood out was the way in which orders were taken i.e by marking it on a paper bag. What they could have improved is the amount of sauces in the sandwich.

Super convenient location and friendly staff. My favorite is the BLT Sub. I like how I can have it exactly as I like. The largest sizes can be 2 meals. They aren't shy on the meats.
