Food was subpar. Ordered some mozzarella sticks and they were burnt like and dry. Ordered on the app for dine in where they're supposed to call your name and have it on a tray. When we got to the counter they were confused they even had an order and it was all bagged up as if we ordered to go. They need a little more attention to detail. In the dining room ice didn't work, napkins, salt etc missing, many tables are dirty. If you get a coupon it's not a bad deal for the most part. I almost died when I ordered a whopper with cheese, small onion ring and medium soda and was quoted 15.00. They better get a lot more competitive with pricing like Wendy's and McDonald's if they want to stay in business. Hit or miss. I go fairly regularly for breakfast and they almost get my order right every time. When it's right, it's great. When it's wrong, I don't find out until I get home 10 minutes later. I'm writing this with a wrong order so I'm a little upset. The quality of the ingredients is slipping, too. Sometimes it's fine, other times, increasingly, the bun is stale. Change the bun storage SOP.
