I visited Applebee's on Boston Rd and found the staff to be friendly and attentive, quickly serving me upon arrival. However, I was a little disappointed with the freshness of the food and the watered down drinks. The server could have checked in more often, but overall, the experience was average.
Some restaurant chainsaws better than others. This particular Applebee's is clean and cozy. They have numerous and tasty specials to fit every budget. Caitlin was our server and was doubling as the bartender. She didn't miss a beat. My brother commented on her being "a breath of fresh air." Good food in the neighborhood is their slogan and that's what our experience was tonight.Wheelchair accessibility: I'm disabled and I accessed the establishment pretty quickly.
