So I ordered through the Burger King app. I Try to go in the front door which they had locked at 9 PM. Seemed kind of early for a weekday but I didn’t think anything of it. So I go into drive-thru. I am on the outside drive-thru order screen and I’m told they will be right with me. Then they take 3 orders from the inside drive-thru screen as I sit there for 12 minutes before I get frustrated and leave. I was still charged for no food and everything about my experience was bad. I’ve gone to this location before and had have had good experiences, but this one was a dealbreaker I will not be going back. Absolutely Pathetic.

I said no tomato for my burger, but some guy there, a young person a year ago, gave me one with tomato anyway, so I threw it at him, and he didn't do anything, but he was crazy; he looked like he wanted to throw hands, and I think he is a violent person, a psychopath, or something; he almost lost his anger. I had a reason because I asked something not to happen, and he got mad at something just for it happening.

It’s better than most fast food, because they have more vegetarian options. I just wish they never got the impossible wok because I don’t like soy too much but it’s better than most fast food because it has a lot of vegetarian options. Other places don’t have it’s just that when I ordered the cheese sticks, they gave me four cheese sticks instead of eight, which was the wrong order It’s better than most fast food, because they have more vegetarian options. I just don’t like soy in my impossible Rocbar.Vegetarian options: The only vegetarian option that they have there is the impossible whopper and I don’t like it too much because it has soy in it. I liked it better when they had the veggie burger I don’t know why they switched it to the impossible whopper because I try to stay away from soy I used to like it better when they just had the veggie burger

Go here on lunch to order Food was stuck in the line for over 30 minutes. Going on actually 37 Never was able to get my food so I had to therefore Head back to work without getting my lunch. The unprofessionalism in this company is atrocious I thought you were supposed to have a timely fashion that you're supposed to have people's order completed and into their hands and out of the drive-thru. Isn't that what they train you to do? I mean you have one job and can't even do it the way you're supposed to unprofessional.

Stopped by for a quick breakfast, early in the morning, after finding out that nearby restaurants, such as Denny's & IHOP, weren't opened yet. Ordered a few breakfast sandwiches, hash browns, coffee, & french toast sticks. This was for a group of us. Service was fast & excellent, our order in drive thru was satisfactory & accurate, with plenty of napkins & condiments. Friendly staff. Food was delicious & served hot. Coffee was tasty & you could tell it was from a fresh pot. Very happy with our experience. Will return next time we're in the Springfield area. Worth a stop for quality service, good value, & great food, fresh & hot.Kid-friendliness: Menu options for children, kid's meals. Crowns for kids, free with purchase.Parking: Plentiful parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped accessible parking/restaurant at ground level.
