This crew, especially those working Sat & Sun mornings are the best! Isabella & Prietta rule! FINALLY customer service. I see some of the old ratings really have nothing to do with anything but customers upset over things beyond DD employees control. This is a review of the location not DD corp. keep doing what you're doing and management please value these employees. I pass bye many a DD to specifically go to this location.
This Dunkin is at a very convenient location for me, however, this morning was the last straw. Sometimes when I go there are 1 or 2 very nice employees, and I'm sorry I don't know their names, however the rest are very unprofessional and have a very bad attitude. I always try to be nice and cheery, but as soon as you get to the speaker they mumble, and when you get to the window their attitude is though you are bothering them by being there.
