By far the most disrespectful customer service I’ve ever seen. My friend and I pulled up to the window to ask for her order due to the fact she is deaf and very independent. When we got to the window the girl explained we can’t order at the window I said “I’m sorry she can’t hear you, she’s deaf” she turns around in frustration and very rudely ask her coworker to take her order because “I guess she’s deaf”! It’s sad to see people hate to work in a time like today. I visit this Dunkin every morning before work. They must not like that I order one drink and a few edible items everyday. Always so rude! If they don’t have what I normally order, they are cutting me off and screaming we don’t have it and won’t have it till we get a truck! They literally put all of our loaded hash browns (3) upside in our bag today, purposely… even found a hair in one of them smh! Never again...read full review

RE: DD at 100 Cambridge in Springfield. I waited and repeated my order several times to the young lady who still got it wrong. What shook my mind was the "Pest" control guy spraying in the area while food is being prepared!! Are you kidding me! I tossed out my drink and food.
