Visiting from Florida and noticed this shop while I was waiting for a hair appointment. I stopped in and grabbed a couple of cookies. Oh. My. Goodness! So delicious and the pastry chef/owner is very sweet. If I lived in the area I’d be there all the time!

I placed an order online for delivery on 3/28. It took a weeks worth of phone calls, texts and emails before I finally got a reply that even though I was charged my order was never received by the store. It is 4/8 and I am still awaiting a refund. It is been extremely frustrating trying to contact and communicate with this business.

Amazing! That's it in a nutshell... From the kindness and customer service to the product! My wife and fam flew 2400 miles to MA for a funeral. On short notice (same day) they put together a couple of boxes for me and delivered it to their hotel. BRAVO... <3

Well, if you're from around the area and you maintain a plant based or vegan diet, you'd know that it is extremely difficult to locate fresh desserts to satisfy your sugar cravings.Hot Oven cookies scratches that itch! There's this chocolaty, nutty, melt away cookie called THE CRAGGY CHIP that I've finally tried and can't get enough of.It was hard to get at first because every time I went, they were sold out. Funny because the vegan crowd isn't that prevalent in the area for this to happen. Nevertheless, the rest of the people in the area still seem to prefer this dairy-free snack.I now know why.

It's hard to find the words to describe how truly amazing the cookies are from Hot Oven Cookies! Sheila is a true genius when it comes to being a pastry chef and the absolute specialty combinations that she creates are incredibly delicious. My family and I will be ordering from Hot Oven Cookies for any of our special occasions from here on out!

The best cookies EVER! Sheila is the best too. She is the owner. I love her attitude and sense of community. My first cookie was free which free always works for me. I have been there for cookies for many occasions Easter, birthdays, funerals you name it and she got you. Sheila comes through no matter what! She is a small business owner but not for long. She will be a chain soon enough! The guava cookie is my all time favorite! But y'all she got banana pudding cookies, cookies with bacon OMG! Don't miss out on trying a little bit of heaven on earth! Keep striving Sheila!!

Absolutely the best!!! Sheila and her team are first class. I was fortunate to have them cater my wedding dessert and it was amazing. Everyone loved the flavors that Sheila and I picked. They were on time, clean, professional, kind, and perfection. Everyone loved the cookie flavors (guava cheesecake was a favorite). If I lived in MA I would have them cater any event I did. Great all around!!!

Ive never been to the shop but my husband stops by and picks up cookies for me and they are SO DELICIOUSSSSSS!!!!! Never had a bad cookie and the different flavors are so fun! Highly recommend the lemon cheesecake. Today I had a s’mores one that was to die for. My husband says the owner’s enthusiasm for cookies reminds him of me LOL get there asap!

My wife and I's first time coming in. Cute little local shop for Americas favorite desserts : cookies. The owner was friendly and welcoming. The cookies are phenomenal and cheap. She doesn't have a preset menu as she does different recipes weekly. Go ahead and go grab some cookies !
