“As I was visiting my cousin and we ate at this remarkable restaurant. The food was absolutely amazing and totally affordable! ? I ordered an eggplant ? and garlic calzone thinking it was going to be a small portion. To my surprise ? it was HUGE for only $15!!!! I ate a quarter of it and was so stuffed. I had to get a to-go-container. My family ordered spaghetti ? and large meatballs. They couldn't finish their portions either.Unfortunately the service was not my cup of tea. Extremely disappointed. I had to bag my own food and wait a considerably long time to be served. Somewhat ignored by the waiter.I would have given this restaurant a one star or negative zero star rating because of the poor customer service. However, the food was way too good to mess up such greatness! I hope they'll have waitresses with a better quality of service soon. “I've been going to La Fiorentina Pastry shop for 15 years now. It's a staple of the Italian section of the south end of Springfield. They have the BEST desserts and cakes in Western Mass. I would highly recommend their cannoli cakes if you are looking to branch off from basic chocolate, vanilla, and marble cakes. Great service and great food!“
“My first time eating a meal here. The atmosphere and ambiance are very nice. The service was quick and the staff are very friendly.The food was delicious and you get a good value for your money. A big breakfast sandwich and a large iced latte were less than $10!If you are visiting downtown Springfield this is the place to grab a bite. It's small, but not cramped.Actually, it's comfortable to sit and eat while you're waiting for a meeting downtown or waiting for a store to open.I will be coming back here.“

“Wondered by this place while working on a project in the area and stopped in for a quick bite. I had the lobster roll and it was phenomenal. Huge chunks of lobster on a delicious, fresh roll. There is an attached bakery where I had some of the best amaretto cookies I've ever tasted. I was o impressed I went back for 3 days and bought trays of cookies for all of my clients in the area. This is a must do if you are in the area.“
“Village pizza has great food. But what sets them apart is that they really know their customers. If I call up for delivery they already know my name. Address. Form of payment without me saying anything. They even know my typical order and that I want them to call me when they get to my building so I can be at the door. Also. They are always on time with deliveries. I’m a huge fan of the place.“

“Always consistent great pizza with quick delivery. Service is great even during extenuating circumstances. Delivery driver was in an accident and while the delivery was late they remade all our food. It was fresh and hot and even brought a free 2 liter soda! You guys are great!“

“While visiting the area, we found this restaurant and we were pleasantly surprised. The place was organized , clean, the staff was quick, smiling, friendly and knowledgeable. Food was delivered hot, it was delicious and filling. We started with breaded Calamari, had the Baked Haddock with Mixed vegetables, Salad and a Chicken Marsala with mixed vegetables, topping it off with a Cheesecake with Black Raspberry mixed in. Mmmmm good.We really enjoyed ourselves thoroughly and you probably will too.“
