The cashier Charge me for combos when was just one and didn't want to refund my money I pay and left with whatever he want i.
I will never pre-order food from this site again. I put in my order early so the staff would not be put out to make such a large order. My food got here a couple of minutes prior to the time but was rock hard and cold.

Oil needs to be changed. Caused my food to be horrible. Cashier telling me they have a soda I asked for but when I get to the window tell me they don't have it then have the audacity to get annoyed w us while we figured out what they had. Thought I'd give them another chance, sucks it was ruined.

The chicken was burnt, the nuggets were nothing but fried pieces of batter, no meat ( & I had them @ another location so this was disappointing) we also didn't get the biscuits fir our 8 pc meal.
