My experience there was horrible, I went with my boyfriend and a friend of his to eat there and from the first moment we stepped into the restaurant the waitress looked at me very badly because of all that when my boyfriend was asking me what I was going to order, my boyfriend He ordered for his friend and for him that I was going to the bathroom when I left the place. I called my friend to ask for my order and according to her, more than 40 minutes passed and nothing came out of my order and according to her, I had said that they would never put it in. my order when clearly I was waiting for it because I was hungry and even when he went to deliver the food to my boyfriend and his friend he put it on the table as if he were smashing the plates??

The star of the show is definitely the carnitas, the salsa was great fresh with ok heat! The ground beef and shredded beef were mediocre. The hand made tortillas really set off these tacos. The price point was fair, as the ground beef and chicken were on special.

We came out to Springfield to check out the Christmas "Bright Night" thing (pretty fun) and randomly happened to pick Moctezuma's to get a bite beforehand. It was really good, and quite authentic. It's a very small place, but nice, and the service was attentive. Frankly, we're hard pressed to find Mexican food in Boston as good as this!
The food itself is nothing special, the enchiladas are not even spicy, the beans are not cooked right either. Somehow they always forget to put salsa and othet sides, and constanly "forget" putting the plastic utensils in the the bag, not even napking, also the prices has already increased like 3 times.

The tacos were good (these were the pork ones)... and we ordered on the phone and they were certainly extremely fresh.... But both orders came in one tray (which was fine) and then the flavor of the sauce was good but it could have used a teeny more sauce. Salsa could maybe use more spice too. Overall I didn't want to take more than one star off... very fresh for sure and healthy flavor and the pork was juicy but idk just lacking a little something something . I'd try it again in the future certainly.

The last time I was there the server took forever to bring utensils to the table, then forgot an order and my daughter just stood there while everyone else ate. The food came out once we were all done with our food. It wasn't intricate, she had ordered nachos. How do nachos take forever if it's an appetizer?
