Just had the most amazing take out dinner! The Financial, chicken and turkey kabobs, baklava, and Nadims rice were fantastic. Made our 30th anniversary, Monday dinner.

went for the first time for valentines day great atmosphere great food and the employees very friendly and professional love to see places like this with the owner there present and greeting people asking how was everything etc.

Service is unbelievably slow. Will not even care what it tastes like if it ever gets here.Almost 1.5 hours so far and no food. Yet they are adding more tables with mismatched furniture. Greedy and clearly unable to handle their business. No explanations or apologies. Hopr we don't miss tge concert we came to this city for. The food finally came. Mine was swimming in oil. which dripped all over. One of our party had to go back to the hotel and change. All said their food was "okay". Our group was Greek and Greek Americans so we know what this kind of food should taste like. However, the service was what stood out, in a bad way. It was a specisl occasion (anniversary) and it will be memorable as a disappointment.

Was valentines night and had to make your usual reservations ( not a big deal or out of the usual). Get there and you get a nice atmosphere, live music and a lovely seating area. Where the problem came in for my 1 star in service was due too the information. Apparently on Valentines day they give a specific menu and allow nothing else from the main menu. Along with a $150 dollar minimum menu. Would be nice in the future for this resturant to make this info more legible. So my next problem that was acknowledged was the $25 per person fee if we cancelled reservations. Well that also applies even if you show up and just don't like the way the menu is set up. So of your into a nice $25 sit at the table and sip water per person this place is for you. Now I can't judge this place for its food cause we did not eat. This is not a rant it's more of a informational review so more people are aware of this type of resturant practice.

The food is always good. The service is often very slow, and they seem not to care much. I go here for lunch so not a big deal, but it is expensive. Their portions are ok. Their seating tables are small so be ready to elbow people during your meal. They have more room in the back, so unclear why the crowd the front area so much.

My collegue and I are visiting Springfield for business. We walked around the area of our hotel and came across the BEST find for a restaurant. Nadim's. Mediterranean food.First, we were greeted by the friendliest staff. Amani, she was wonderful and was the BEST first impression. We found out soon that she was the owners daughter, What was truly special was Nadim the owner was present greeting customers, cooking, while making my colleague and I feel very welcomed. Very rare these days to see an owner care so deeply about his customers' experience.Now the good part...The variety on the menu was extraordinary. Meats, Chicken, salads, and Nadim's famous Lentl soup. We enjoyed a bit of everything and were astonished how each and every delicious item was a perfect 10!!If you enjoy amazing ambience, but not too formal, very warm and comfortable, (jeans no problem) and the BEST Mediterranean food you will ever experience then make sure you try Nadim's. Incredible!! Very good value, priced exceptionally well!Our server Tessa was wonderful, always there to offer anything we may need.Nadim's was the best food I have had in over 20 years, honest.Before we paid for our meal, Nadim came over to ask us how we enjoyed dinner, 20 minutes later, he was still visiting with us. Truly a remarkable and friendly man. His restaurant was not just his restaurant, we could obviously tell this was his baby, his life. Nadim's is a can't miss. We took a cooking class with Nadim. Was awesome. The entire experience was a blast. Nadim is very entertaining knowledgeable, and just a very nice person. Food, drinks, and fellow class members were great. Highly recommend taking one of his cooking classes. You won’t be disappointed.

I was showing a building to my clients in the area and stopped for lunch. I had the beef medallions with spinach, peppers and onion side dish I had the vegetarian rice.My food was delicious. I will come back when in the area.

Atmosphere was pretty nice, clean and inviting, and has a higher end restaurant look.Our party as a whole spent about $200 on food. We couldn’t finish a plate. Growing up eating my best friends mothers Lebanese dishes unfortunately this restaurant does not offer an authentic taste of the Mediterranean. The food was just tasteless in our opinion.Service wasn’t the worst but after $200 of food we got packets of ketchup as our ketchup.
