My first time going to a Sonic, what a tragically miserable experience that was. The entire location is in a state of disuse and disrepair - plants growing through the cracks in all of the concrete like the place was abandoned, the exterior of the building is faded and unwelcoming, you can't even enter the building as it's permanently closed to the public and all of the drive-in displays are shut off. This store is an embarrassment to the Sonic name. Just took 30 minutes to pick up an order we placed online and it was still wrong (not the first time they have missed something on our small order of 6 items either). And you can not easily talk to anyone, they are not using the car hops and won't let you go inside. This store needs a management change desperately

Everything we ordered that was deep fried was over cooked. Dinning room is closed and you have to order at the drive tru. There is no car hop service. Too expensive for just two people.
