We stumbled upon this cool brewery while walking around in downtown Springfield. Happy we did. The staff are incredibly kind and very knowledgeable and familiar with the beers and menu items. They are also patient and will help you make a selection if you are undecided. The atmosphere has a cool vibe and is kind of industrial/contemporary. The locals are very friendly as well. Wellfleet Insurance has happy hours here and the staff at White Lion is always prepared and ready to help us have a great time! The food is AMAZING - the Asian Glaze Sticky Ribs are the best! Great beer and great food. Rick the bartender is especially friendly and helpful. Ashley the manager is very accommodating. I recommend the semi private room for group gatherings before hockey or the Springfield Symphony Orchestra. White Lion is one of the places that is making Springfield an ascendant city!
