I picked up a pair of shoes at DSW across the street from this Burger King so I figured I'd go in and get something to eat. I stood in line for 10 minutes with three other people who were just as perplexed as I was because nobody was taking orders. The customer service was horrendous. The restaurant appeared to be run by teenagers. It took the cashier about 5mins of arguing with his coworker on who would take our order to serve us. Then you have employees sleeping on the job. I did not see this for myself but I overheard a child tell who I assume is their mother that the mens bathroom stall didn’t have a door on it.
