I placed an order (#16) BTJ 980 for 3 people steak tips, wings, burger at 8:19 with a delivery time of 9:09 pm. The food arrived at 10:00 pm, almost 1 hr. LATE and was COLD. I requested a refund. That REFUND request was on 02/24 and I'VE NEVER RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE.

Check your pick up order before you leave. Always an error with my salads. They forget key ingredients like feta and chicken- EVERY TIME! Spoke with manager and owner didn't seem to care.

Could not apply my gift cards to my online order. So I called the restaurant and the woman I spoke with simply said we don’t take orders over the phone you have to place it online. I explained I tried but I won’t allow me to pay with my gift card. Her exact response was. Ohh I don’t know and just stayed on the phone. Completely lost in the conversation, the food has most certainly changed. Since I was a kid we have been going here. I would have to say is must have new owners. The food was ok at best and the customer service was an absolute joke.Wheelchair accessibility: They do offer a few wheelchair accessible parking spots out front.

Fantastic clam strips, I love their house salad dressing. Everyone has always been very kind and to my boyfriend and I. The ambiance isn't anything fancy but it's got an old school townie vibe.
Love this Gem - it is the best place in town as far as pizza joints go, but more - as it could also be considered a deli, a sub shop, a top-notch Americana bar food place, a fundamentally sound Italian & Greek comfort food place.

I had an amazing seafood platter a month ago order one agian last week couldn't believe the difference over cooked and small. When we ordered my husband asked for whole clams and the tried pushing clam strips. He repeated himself 3 times whole belly for his clam plate this dinner was not worth $64.00

CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE!! Wrong stuff given to me 3 times in a row! Over cooked. Under cooked. Charging for one thing and providing less (ordered buffalo chicken potato skins- got regular ones; ordered Weir special pizza- got a pepperoni and beef with olives?; steak tips- first burnt then almost blue). I travelled to he next town for this food each time and had to go back and RETURN the messed up food before getting new food. One evening they knew they messed up my order and refused to answer the phone for 15 min before closing when I called to fix it. The food is good- a bit pricey but worth it i and when it’s done right ??♀️??♀️
