Nataliya is amazing! Fast service and amazing drinks and food 10/10! Ordered the rum punch and loved the fruit accompanied by it. She was not only attentive but made me want to come back for future visits.

No Excuse! - The "System" went down so they were unable to accept an order online, and not able to accept payment over the phone due to the same issue. Fair Enough. BUT You were not able to take an order over the phone.... VERBALLY? You could only accept takeout orders -- In Person Only--! What did you all forget how to WRITE STUFF DOWN! It's called PEN and PAPER; I know it's an old technology, but it still works! That is totally absurd that just because the online order system wasn't working your employees suddenly got stuck and are not able to communicate back to the kitchen that there's an order of wings and fries so that it'll be ready when the customer gets there! No, we actually have to be there in person in order to place a take-out order!?!? The other negative review is correct, this used to be a pretty solid place! Not sure what happened?

Food is good but Natalia behind the bar is Great! She always greets you with a friendly hello and remembers your name. She is very personable and makes you feel very comfortable . Always remembers what I drink and how I want my wings. Hopefully Management realizes what a Great Team Member she is the reason most people keep coming back
