“I went in there last night with my daughter and grand daughter not expecting to order anything until I saw this amazing looking coffee and Oreo ice cream. It was a delicious as it looked. The owner, Elio, came in and we chatted about the shop and he handed me a loaf of olive bread by Madison Villatte, which was perfect. Excellent place with lovely owner.”

“As a strict creature of habit, it took me a while to start visiting the “new place in vineyard haven” but I am very glad I did. I usually don’t write reviews, but Catboat Coffee is an amazing place to stop in VH. The location is super convenient and parking is never an issue. The staff is always kind, even with strange requests or questions. I have never eaten Lebanese food, thus it has taken me a long time to branch out and ask about new foods and then try them. Catboats staff always has given me good recommendations when I ask. I have now eaten nearly everything on the menu, and I cannot complain about anything. The food is delicious, healthy, and filling portions. For the quality and quantity, the prices are amazing. Their packaging is eco friendly and they give a discount if you bring your own cup, which is very appealing to me. Eco-conscious businesses deserve more light. I have tried things I never thought I would and haven’t regretted a second of it. The staff and hospitality is the nicest part of this establishment by far. I work nights and often come in the morning/midafternoon very tired and they’re always patient and kind with me when I’m a little slower than the morning rush. Catboat has an atmosphere where you feel like you’re with friends or family. The coffee is amazing and their specialty drinks are not only creative but delicious. To top it all off, you can accumulate points rewards which is always a plus. This place is amazing and a great addition to the Tisbury marketplace. Cannot wait to see what winter and next summer bring.”

“First time that I dined there was this past weekend and I wasn’t disappointed. Service A+, atmosphere A+, meal……A++. My wife and I brought friends from out of town to Salvatore’s for dinner. Wow! On level with some of the best Italian restaurants we’ve ever been to. Outside “Garden” dinning was a pleasant surprise. Our server was very attentive but not too intrusive. The Classic Cocktails were on point. Pasta was definitely made in house and among the finest I’ve ever tasted. I enjoyed a “special” with mounds of fresh seafood over pasta. It’s worth a trip to this gem in VH no matter where you travel from. You won’t be disappointed.”

“I remember when the little house was a quaint little antique store… and then it became a great neighborhood place to get breakfast and lunch! It is still a quaint little house and the food is very good and the coffee and teas are perfect… the new owner is keeping with the high standards of good friendly service and even better new food!”

“So Laura and I stopped here last night after missing our ferry off the great island of Martha's Vineyard. It was a pleasant surprise as we both ordered a Caesar's Salad wrap with grilled chicken. Simply put it was the best Caesar's salad wrap I've ever had. We ordered the same exact wrap and they were very hearty wraps either a good proportion of lettuce and chicken. Lots of tasty grilled chicken and expertly wrapped. No spillage and quite satisfying. They have an adjacent bakery where they sell all kinds tasty looking sweets and also ice cream. Laura picked up a fresh French bread for our brunch today. Based on our impromptu visit last night I would recommend this great cafe. Salud!”

“Whew. Love LOVE this pie. Have stopped buying them one at a time because of the speed at which they disappear. The other baked goods are excellent. But you must try the pie. Probably top three crusts of my life and I am from the south. We also stop by before heading back to the ferry and take a few off island and they freeze well extending the joy for months to come. Treat yourself!”

“I’ve always loved The Attic for its great food, incredible wings, and charming atmosphere. Tonight, though, I was about to enter uncharted waters - never in my life, have I liked red beets and tonight, something on the menu made me want to order them. My wonderful server, Mavi, literally held my hand through the experience. The beeets were amazing, especially the golden ones, and such a creative dish. I highly recommend The Attic for an all-around fantastic experience.”

“Awesome breakfast (and lunch) spot in Vineyard strip mall. The menu is small but each item was excellent and fresh. There are many tables and they are spaced way out. Woodland Variety has a spacious, low key feel. My over easy eggs were flawlessly cooked, no hint of oil, grease or anything but fresh eggs. The Taylor ham was something I had never tried before - something like ham and salami and was very good. My English muffin was excellent- fresh and tasty. I opted for the Brazilian coffee and it was great.”

“I tried almost every highly recommended chowder on the island, and this one was by far my favorite. I loved it so much I came back on the last day of my trip to get it one more time. I like my chowders on the thicker side, and this is one of the only ones I found that serve it that way. The broth is super flavorful and the clams are tender and abundant. I also had a whole order of their mussels all to myself and they were delicious.”

“Today I had the opportunity to work at Thai Kitchen. I met the owner Lee what a fabulous guy him and I talked about the old days and about the old Boston back in the 80s which really wasn't too long, I didn't have time to eat lunch today so I kept working at the end of the day he insisted that I eat something expressing his concern. He gave me a dish to take home absolutely fabulous the rice dish with the shrimp carrots peas chicken was so good I can still taste it I highly recommend going to see him if you're in the area feel free to stop you won't be disappointed it's so damn good.”

“We really enjoy visiting Offshore Ale Company when we are on the Vineyard. We love its warm, casual and inviting atmosphere. The vegan options aren’t extensive, but there are enough. This time we had a great pizza which they veganized by leaving off the cheese. This is one of our favorite places.”
