Unexpectedly very good! Dropped a teenage grandchild off at school on a Sunday before the h.s. spring musical and drove off to downtown Waltham to look for a quick lunch. Parked in a nearly empty town parking lot (2 hrs for $2., a real bargain to us New Yorkers). Walked to Moody St., as usual no reservations, just yelp and hope. Brewer's Tap and Table is our go-to for dinner pre and post-movie at the Waltham Embassy. We enjoy their vast selection of beers, terrific service, and ample booths with outlets for lunchtime writing on my laptop. Our dinner of pappardelle with grilled shrimp, cauliflower bao and charred brussel sprouts was delicious and a favorite of ours.
