This is the first national chain that doesn't honor coupons due to "economic hardship". Obviously the owner/manager is not business savvy. Not honoring coupons drives customers away and does the opposite of earning more profit.

This place used to be a go to for a quick sandwich but the staff has changed recently and the service has gone down hill. We had one guy who didn't listen well to our order or got confused by what he was being asked to do. He came off a bit rude like he had better things to do. Then a second time I went and a young girl helped me. She was better and more attentive but skimpy on the veggies so my sandwich was mostly bread. I dislike writing bad reviews but there are a few things that rubbed me the wrong way. Employees tend to not change gloves so if you are ordering a veggie sub, chances are the gloves that touch your sub have touched meat before. They also seem to only use one knife to cut your sandwich in half which is a similar concern to my previous point. Often times they skimp on the toppings and can get visibly annoyed when you ask for more. I probably will not be eating here again.
