Was passing through Wareham on a Tuesday afternoon, and the other restaurants I had thought about going to for lunch were closed, so my husband spotted the Ameriana Cafe down a short street. We wanted to dine in a place that would be casual and friendly. That’s exactly how it was. The food was delicious like grandma would make. We asked for a substitution for one dish and it was no problem at all. The service was quick and our waitress was super friendly. They have local brews from Buzzards Bay Brewing. Treat yourself to an incredible meal from this restaurant!! I have ordered from them a few times recently and each time the food was absolutely delicious. I have had the opportunity to eat at some of the finest restaurants in our area and I would rank this establishment right up there with the best!
