Best middle eastern cuisine I've had in Massachusetts. Everything is made fresh and presented with care and love. I've watched Ahmad cook on several occasions now in his spotless kitchen and can tell he is a true culinary professional.

Wow. What a meal! We had heard great things about Kareem's so for our anniversary we decided to give them a try. They are only doing takeout at the moment which was fine by us because indoor dining still doesn't feel very safe at the moment. I spoke with the owner Ahmed and asked him to come up with a special dinner for the two of us. He really came through for us. We ordered food from here for the first time and were blown away by the range of flavors, the quality and the distinctiveness of the cooking. I spoke with the owner/chef who told me the dishes available (it is a tiny establishment) and I ordered hummus, baba ghanous, and 3 main dishes that came with tabouleh salad.
