Our bowls were PACKED with rice and literally just a sprinkle of chicken. The portions at this place are horrendous and when asked to get just a little more chicken the worker refused claiming “the boss wouldn’t like that.” Save ur money don’t eat here.
This location of the Chipotle Mexican Grill chain has very average burritos in a very depressing restaurant atmosphere with indifferent service. I had a chicken burrito, which wasn't that bad. But service time to get this burrito was surprisingly long on a light weekend night. Also depressing were the unclean tables, the overflowing restaurant garbage can, and a men's room that was locked. I'd eat elsewhere in West Springfield.

I have left this place TWICE because the person doing the food did not have a hair net! This lady had a wig on which is not the issue, she just had it all over her face. I don't want to go all the way home and find a hair and have to complain so choose not to take the chance. I suggest Hair Nets!!!
