I truly love IHOP but the last few times I went to the one in West Springfield the food has been undercooked, very short staffed and had to wait over 10 mins even though it was not busy and there was empty tables. The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting! The check list wasn't up to date when I was there. It's like this every time I go and I go often. My friend almost fainted as soon as we got our food. It looked SO good!! They were very kind to call 911 for us, wrap up our food and even hugged me after my friend left in the ambulance.
