me and my friend are high as balls and she is very particular about the way she likes her breadsticks so she gave a very descriptive example of how she wanted them at the drive thru and even tho we were lowkey annoying the guy at the window (bless his heart idk his name he was a homie fr?) was so nice and the breadsticks literally caused a tear to roll down her cheek it's like they were crafted by the gods, and they were: the gods that work at taco bell in west springfield ily...read full review
This place was incredibly slow in the drive thru both for taking our order and giving us our food. Then they didn't give us one of our items and they didn't give us any sauce we requested. Then when I went back in I was ignored for many minutes and then they sent me back for my receipt. When I came back in with it they made me wait all over again.

nice taco bell, not the best area but the food was pretty good and the dude running the window with the glasses was really nice. be careful when navigating the drive thru, its quite narrow and easy to hit the curbs if you are not careful. also entering and exiting the parking lot this taco bell location is in is a bit confusing but overall pretty good for a taco bell in that part of springfield.
