I have tried various Puerto Rican restaurants and have been disappointed with the quality of the food. The food is often under-seasoned and bland. I met a friend here last night for dinner. We were warmly greeted by one of the owners. I got the tostones, the chicken and vegetables which came with beans and rice and the flan. I was blown away by the quality of the food. The food was fresh and perfectly seasoned. The fried pork chop was so crispy and the meat melted like butter once you bite into it. There was nothing to take back home cause it was finished before you knew it. Don’t forget to ask for their homemade hot sauce! ( best drizzled on alcalpurria!!). Stop by and dine here for that authentic well seasoned Puerto Rican food!
