Worst service ever. Slowest fast food on planet earth ?. The people who work there are friendly but they are the slowest collection of working humans in the fast food world. You could wait 45 mins to get your food it's beyond shocking.

Got impossible burger, normally I love them from bk. It was poorly assembled (mayo in one big clump) and I FOUND A HAIR IN IT. Didn't have time to go back.Vegetarian options: Impossible burger

Drive through is unacceptably slow. The employee shuffled my food to the window; my one year old could've outrun her.And I ordered two Whopper Jrs with cheese. I got two patties with a slice of cheese on buns. The manager was very helpful when I called in. He said the employee had misheard me and thought I wanted them plain and he refunded my order. Who orders a plain Whopper Jr with cheese; that's not even a cheeseburger!It's not just BK. No one does their job anymore.

The hours online on the app and on the door a state that the dining room is open till 10 pm. Attempted to walk in at 820 pm on 9/16/2023 and the doors were locked. This is not the first time. Unfortunately I'm a truck driver so ysing the drive thru was not and option either time.
I ate here for decades. Few weeks ago Sunday morning pulled into the drive-through and placed my order. The nice lady I always deal with asked for a name for the order and I said a name isn't needed. A male voice comes over the speaker saying "don't be an a*hole". I got to the window and told the lady I needed to talk to the manager. She said I'll take care of it and gave me my meal for free. Doesn't matter. Any business that calls its customers an a*hole will never get my money again.
