This Dunkin location I only go to either once in a while or on a daily basis because it is very close walking distance in my neighborhood. The staff at the counter are friendly and polite.
This is one of my favorite Dunks to go to, but today’s experience makes me wonder why. Toasted bagel? Nah.. here’s a cold one. Hot dark roast? Nah.. old cold dark roast. Ugh.. I wasn’t given a receipt or I’d be doing the survey.

Seems like they need help they'll take your order for coffee in only one person usually does the whole order everything's been perfect as far as the orders go but the weight is sometimes long not the best Duncan I've ever been to but not the worst either and by the way it doesn't have a drive-thru have no idea what the other posters are talking about.
