The girl at the cash register. Took my order. Instead of making me my coffee. She decided it was a good time to start counting her tips. This happened at 8:00 am. So it was not like she was cashing out to go home. As she counted her change. She told me she'll make my coffee in just a minute. I waited over 5 minutes. I was like you got to be kidding me. Let's break this down on this Dunkin for starters this Dunkin Donuts the atmosphere was pretty good it was not crowded but the person who attend me in the front wasn't that really polite it was more attending their cell phone then taking my order at the same time was a little bit off because soon as it was done taking my and my wife and my dad's order it was more important to run to their cell phone and go on the side but I cannot say enough about the other person who was really...read full review

Lady at the drive thru was very rude when I tried to clarify my drink and kept telling me she wouldn’t make what I would not want and to not look at the screen and kept talking rudely when I only asked one question. She had the worst attitude in the morning and I used to go to this dunkin regularly but not anymore now. If you can’t be nice to customers at the drive thru and keep your comments to yourself, then don’t work there.
