It been quite a few years since I've been to Bailey's. It's one of those establishments that has been a Winnipeg staple for a long time. We went there for the Dine About 2024 event. The atmosphere was inviting and relaxing, the service was attentive but not intrusive and the food was delicious, especially the calamari. We definitely plan on going back.
Best dining experience in Winnipeg. We’re not always classy here in southern Manitoba but this is a great spot to dress up and have a first class experience. Best part was the service. Our serving staff was exemplary!

Updated again: The past 3 visits have been disappointing. Used to book out for cmas parties and unfortunately some ppl still use this as a 'big life events' restaurant. The server was a man in his 50s that has definitely served me before. Our last visit was a woman who seemed new, she blamed poor food and service on covid.
