I have no issues with the store, I loved their food, and certainly would like to dine in one day. However, I did have a order processed on a day they weren't operating, which was my mistake I just want to bring awareness to the ueats. Kinds dodgy as of right now, no order confirmation or receipt. Plus the app doesn't want to work for me.
We have ordered takeout a few times now and are always pleased with the quality and taste. This tme we ordered a tray of 18 rolls and some edamame beans. Again, an enjoyable dinner.

We ordered Ginza through skip. Skip never got us our order :-( and of course, Skip told us to request a refund, right, but no dinner. End of story, usually....BUT... Ginza went above and beyond... I called to see if the order had indeed by fulfilled and it was. The owners followed up with me right away (text and a call) to investigate and say they would take care of it. And did they ever!
