LOVE Nuburger. Food is always fresh and delicious! It is always a go to when I’m in the area but definitely won’t hesitate to make the trek over either.Any time I’ve visited the location, all staff members are very friendly and helpful, food comes quickly after ordering and staff continue to check throughout the meal to make sure everything is going well. The burgers were delicious. Smaller than expected. The fries on the other hand were quite salty. Please reduce the salt.The employees were nice and the place is kept clean. It was interesting to see the large mural displayed while waiting and learn about their company's history and values. Ordered beef burgers for take out. Noticed the patties were red inside. Called and asked about it. They said they have been getting calls about it but said they check and it is cooked and claimed it's something in the patties they get that makes them like that.My wife (red seal chef) then put her patty in the frying pan and the juices coming out of it was still red, not clear like it should be.Unfortunately I had already ate mine.
