Best authentic tacos in Winnipeg! Their birria tacos are one of the best. You can get the extra sides and drink for an additional $4. Carnitas, empanadas and churros were amazing as well.The store is quite small and have limited seating. Best to take out and eat at home. Parking is tricky too. There are only 2 parking slots at the back of the building for Sargent Taco.
Fantastic street style tacos. Friendly staff, feels like you're at a taco bar in Mexico. Best as take away as they have only a couple of small tables so you probably won't be able to eat in.

I had a great time here! I enjoyed talking with the owner and learning about the different dishes. It's more of a take out restaurant. They only have 2 tables inside, so be prepared to not get a spot to dine in. The food was very authentic Mexican and delicious, however, the portion size was pretty small. I was still hungry after eating and I paid just under $20. I will return but I'll have to order a bit more food.
