Horrible service,I spent more than 15 min in the drive thru and it didnt move,so I went inside and spent another 15 min because no one was attending inside.When finally someone came(a short woman with glasses).She was really slow.Im so mad at this place.I have worked in costumer service for years and this is not acceptable.
Management should be ashamed. It's the busiest travel week of the year (between Xmas and New Year's), the busiest time of day (mid-day), and they only have 3 people scheduled. It took 30 minutes to get our order but believe me, the people working were doing their best! Management needs to schedule more people for the shifts.

30 minutes to get my order of 2 burgers, fries and a soda. It all came cold: fries & burgers. Servers seem annoyed with everyone. Again we left disappointed with Wendy’s. It’s a shame, since when prepared properly and delivered in a timely manner, Wendy’s has the best burgers in most fast food chains.
