They didn't have the pumpkin spice frosty, which is why we went to Wendy's in the first place, so that was a bummer. We got double stack Biggie bags. The fry size is very small now compared to what used to come in the Biggie bag. The food was good, though.I've noticed a decline in customer service over the last year or so. Mostly seems like younger people there who don't take their jobs seriously.

Had to over to another parking lot wait ten minutes for a regular chicken sandwich and had to wait for the car in the drive through and it was the cashier for a couple in front of me for five minutes and when I got to the speaker box I had to wait five more minutes to put an order in for a single chicken sandwich. It wasn’t very busy. Maybe it was new employees that weren’t familiar with things.
