Instead of buying 3 pretzel cups we got a big bucket of nuggets, we waited a few minutes and got fresh hot nuggets that were delicious and more nuggets than those there cups, plus extras chips so we could divide it up in the car. The ladies there were really nice.
Everytime my family and I go to any mall, Walmart etc we usually get Auntie Anne’s and we are never disappointed. Today we stopped at The kiosk and the cinnamon nuggets were rock hard and my two year old threw it. I wasn’t upset I just stopped at the next kiosk and asked for fresh ones. Reason I’m leaving this review because instead of apologizing it was like an interrogation like I was trying to pull something off. Usually pretty good. However, yesterday I ordered a pretzel and was told to wait 7 minutes so I could get a fresh one. I waited 15 minutes and they gave me an old one. I asked for a drink with no ice. They gave me ice. I don't think Francisca spoke English.
