We love the sirloin steak at Outback, flavorful and cooked to perfection. Tonight we were impressed with our waitress, very polite and attentive. She aimed to please. Such a personable, sweet girl that was such a delight. Was so refreshing to see such a young person with a lot on the ball. I am a manager in a healthcare facility, I’d hire her in a second to work as a customer service rep! Great job Outback for hiring Anna F.!
Impressed - they fixed my meal without needing to be asked. I received a substandard piece of salmon and was eating it without complaint, thinking the quality went downhill since it was the 2nd time and I just wouldn't make the mistake again. Then a staff person showed up with a great looking fresh piece of salmon on a plate for me and told me they noticed. I thanked them and enjoyed the excellent fish. Thank you! My hope in the Outback has been restored. ?

I always loved Outback Resturants, but the Annapolis location is the Best!! The ambiance was nice as the place was clean and minimal noise even though packed. From the food to the amazing service everything was excellent. Also the manager Ben, was very efficient & friendly with his customer service. He made sure our meals were cooked as we wanted them. Ben's customer service went above and beyond our expectations and he deserves the 5 star plus more alone.
