This restaurant is a gem of Arbutus. Classic, friendly, quick service, great food, satisfying portions and an “feel at home” atmosphere. The menu is appropriately large, something for everyone! I was really hungry and wanted a real breakfast - not fast food. I remembered Paul's and ordered thru DoorDash. Food was excellent and perfectly cooked. Scrambled eggs, home fries, toast, and the best cooked bacon I have ever had - not soft and not too crispy!! That delicious meal made my day. Loved the food, service, and atmosphere! We were specifically looking for a quiet breakfast spot with that old school “homey” vibe, and this place was perfect. Steak and eggs was as good as grandma’s, and the prices are super affordable. Will definitely come back!
