Really great flavors, black pearls are made very well and egg pudding has great consistency. The pistachio frappe is one of their best drinks, try it, you won't be disappointed!
Bubble tea is great but service is very inconsistent. Often staff don’t acknowledge you when you enter or fail to offer to take your order. On one occasion the staff working was fast asleep on the counter at 4pm. The sitting area is often dirty.
