I recently visited this location in Towson and they surprisingly had excellent service. The cashier was extremely friendly and helpful. I ended up purchasing the two for $12 impossible burgers and also got a courtesy cup of water. The burgers were typical BK style but I really wanted to stop and recognize the employees who truly made this a pleasant experience. It's a mixed bag. You'll get your food hot and correct but you'll also wait for awhile to have your order taken and given to you. They should have a dedicated cashier at all
