“This review is specifically for Larry!! I'm a couple days late but I MUST let you all know that you have a gem of an employee on your hands. He was BEYOND pleasant when taking my order in the drive-thru. I was there this past Monday on my lunch break and from the greeting, down to the confirmation of my order Larry was very professional and personable. His tone was excellent and it sounded genuine, not forced. I didn't get the pleasure of meeting him face to face so I could commend him on his customer service, but I hope he gets wind of this review. This young gentlemen deserves a raise and I pray he gets one.“
“One of the best CFA in Baltimore to go to. The one by Eastpoint service is slower and feels humid often. While the one in the inner harbor is always packed(understandably) but still fast service. I remember ordering through the mobile app at the inner harbor CFA sitting down and having a security guard pester us about our non CFA drinks my sister and I had while we waited on our food to arrive with no apology afterwards a while back. ANYWAY at this CFA I have no complaints. It's always clean, the employees are always polite and fast, I have never waited over 4 minutes for my food. It's always hot and consistent in taste. Really if anyone has a problem with customer service here I think it's on the customer ?“
“I’ve been coming to this location for many years, and the service has always been stellar. The gentleman who is the host is a one of a kind man. He is always was nice and welcoming when u enter the establishment. He should have his own class on how to have the best customer service.“

“Have not been disappointed yet. Great food for kids indeed. Should try the frosted lemonade with fries oh my. Line moves pretty fast. I only wish i could the theory of real ðŸ”. If you looking for burgers this is not the place. Spicy southwest salad is to die for (my tasteful opinion ðŸ‘ðŸ˜)“

“In BWI food court. Wanted grilled sandwich during breakfast hours. Staff said no issue and made sandwiches during breakfast. Great staff and location to support customer needs. Needed to wait about 10-22 miutes while they cooked and prepared food; which was fine. Price at $8.45 @ was expensive for @ single sandwiche.“
