“It was busy sorta but the professionalism was barely there . And the guy gave me some pretty weak portions. Idk if chipotle is regulating their portions even smaller or if buddy was just having a bad day but in any cases there is room for improvement.“

How about I watched a young lady steal money for food while me plus my grandkids watched! “I can’t believe this location only has two stars. This was my third or fourth visit and it is always superb. I feel like a lot of local chipotles have had a drop in service, cleanliness and quality, but this one is consistent. The workers are always friendly. I wonder if there has been a change in management since some of these negative reviews because I truly can’t relate. I literally just left and heard a woman (who I assume was the GM) remind staff that it was peak, remind them of aprons and check in on readiness. It was clearly a regular occurrence, but it was textbook Chipotle expectations ( and I would know because I worked for three different locations once upon a time). I know I’ve complimented the manager once before, but have never left them a review and it is overdue. It does not go unnoticed you all!“
“While driving Uber today, I stopped in to go to the bathroom and purchase food. There was no line. I was waiting right away after using the restroom. The bathroom was spotless. My bowl is delicious. They were low on the green peppers and opinions, but the employee scrapped the pan for me. The restaurant was clean. Thank you for my healthy meal.“
“Typical Chipotle experience means good food, somewhat rude staff, running out of food, and didn't know when refills would be ready and didn't bother to inquire. The eating area was not the cleanest. the door glass was dirty, as were the windows on one side of the eating area.“

“The food is great and there's Norma plenty of it unless they are rushing. The people are very customer friendly for the most part. As for the atmosphere thr dinning area is kinda cramped and doesn't really feel like you are eating at a restaurant as much as it kinda feels like you're eating at an outdoor mom and pop type place without the friendly Demeanor and decor. But worth it for the food!“

“Came here on a Wednesday evening around 6pm during layover. This Chipotle is between terminal A and B and next to other food options in Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI). Service was quick and food was fresh. I just took my order to my gate, but there are plenty of tables.“
“The ladies working today on 4/11 in the afternoon we're very sweet and helpful.Ive avoided chipotle for a while because service and quality has just been completely down here and even though it wasn't busy today my food was still freshmy guac was Green they had salad dressing after 1:00 p.m. the chips were stale but that seems to be a typical thing through all Chipotle so I just put them in the air fryer when I went home and everything was just pleasant.I probably won't go back for a while cuz I don't want my experience to be ruined but for the ladies working today y'all did a wonderful job and whoever else was in there working today shout out to y'all. appreciate it, thank you for making my meal awesome.“
