Most exceptional food I've had in Baltimore. The bartenders are talented and extremely knowledgeable. Service was friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere of the restaurant is elevated and very "cool". Food was plated beautifully and had rich, developed flavors. The pasta was obviously handmade and cooked perfectly. This was the perfect place for a fancy birthday dinner.
We have gone many times to Cosima over the years and it never disappoints. We usually enjoy the outdoor dining more, but our indoor experience this evening was great..Four of us shared two appetizers (one with shrimp and the other with meatballs).
