Dundalk’s Dunkin is the best!!!!! When you get great service the rest just comes with it! My favorite Dunkin. I live in Crofton where there are 3 Dunkins and none of them hold a candle to this one. Love the Pink cold drink for Valentine’s Day, the donuts fresh- try the toasted coconut or sour cream! Jam and cheese croissant wonderful, and the best part, the staff is fun, personable, and ready to make exactly what you want! GO DUNKIN!!! 5 stars!!

I went through the Drive-Thru today 12/18/2023 around 845am and ordered my usual Midnight Coffee with cream and sugar. I usually go inside and I've never had any issues, but I was in a hurry today.Brianna was taking orders in drive-thru, and when I said the name of the coffee incorrectly she proceeded to get very nasty.Whether I ask for Midnight black, Midnight Coffee, or Midnight Dunkin, staff always know what I am referring to. Dunkin only has 1 Midnight coffee, and I've never been questioned.Anyhow, this is the 2nd time I've had issues with Brianna and her nasty unprofessional attitude.I got frustrated with her attitude, and I just drove up to the window. I asked for the manager Ron and low and behold he wasn't there!The last incident that occurred with Brianna, Ron, wasn't there.Ron is a very kind, friendly, professional, and amazing manager, and he keeps that store operating nicely when he is there.When Ron left Holabird ave store I followed because of the changes in the store when he left.It's a shame certain staff such as Brianna is so unpleasant and rude when management takes a day off.Anyhow after sitting at the window watching Brianna belittle me and laugh with staff, I finally told them to give me my coffee so I can leave.Brianna turned around and told me NO I'm not getting my coffee. I had to honk my horn like a crazy woman to get the coffee I paid for.I've never in my life experienced such terrible Customer service from an employee. Overall a great store, but Brianna needs to put that attitude in check!

Whenever we visit Dundalk, we always stop at Dunkin for coffee and a snack. We typically go through the drive thru which always moves quickly and the staff is always friendly and our food and drinks are always right.
I got a bacon egg and cheese croissant sandwich and it was like it had been sitting around for hours before they put it together. It wasn't that great at all and the service was pretty slow.

I go in Dunkin on wise every morning and they are great! Joey waits on me most of the time and he always has my drink ready when I come in!! I can’t even tell you how great that is for me! Alyssa T and Brianna are also great!! They have great attitudes and are always ready to help me even when I wouldn’t want to help me lol?!! Thanks guys for all your hard work
